Weland AB is a family-owned manufacturing company. Workshops and head office are situated at Smålandsstenar, Sweden. Since starting back in 1947, Weland AB has passed through a considerable expansion of its business activities. However, even though the company has grown to its present size the objective is still the same, to be flexible and offer the same service to all our customers no matter how big or small.

Over the last 27 years Weland Ltd have established a firm manufacturing and product supply basis in the UK starting with our initial production facility at Telford in 1980 to our current factory near Southampton from 1985.

We have developed an extensive laser profiling facility with 4 laser profile machines supported by new 130 ton Brake press and coded mig/tig welding and fabrication facilities so we can offer individual services for profiling, folding and fabrication or a combined “One stop shop” service for all three.

We have continued to successfully market and supply our range of standard products designed and manufactured by our Parent and Group Companies in Sweden. These include Spiral Staircases, Straight Flight Staircases, stock held Cat Ladders, ‘Multipanel’ grating panels and plank flooring products as well as many others detailed in our extensive Product Manual. We offer full support within the UK for all these products.
