Grating

At Weland we manufacture grating for many applications, for instance pedestrian walkway multipanels, vehicular multipanels, entrance grating, fences, burglary protection, etc.

Grating is hot dip galvanized, as standard.

Stock Pedestrian Walkway Multipanels

Type H3, mesh size c/c 34x37 mm. Grating height 25, 30 and 40 mm.
Type H6, mesh size c/c 34x75 mm. Grating height 25, 30 and 40 mm.
Type N6, mesh size c/c 17x75 mm. Grating height 25 and 30 mm.

Grating Lengths

Type H3 and H6 grating height 25 and 30 mm with grating length 300, 310, 320 etc. up to 1500 mm, then 1600, 1700, 1800, 1900 and 2000 mm.

Type H3 and H6 grating height 40 mm with grating length 300, 310, 320 etc. up to 1790 mm, then 1800, 1900 and 2000 mm.

Type N6 grating height 25 mm with grating length 500 up to 1500 mm as per table. Type N6 grating height 30 mm with grating length 500, 600, 700 etc. up to 1700 mm.

Grating Width

All gratings with width 1000 mm.

Full-size Mats

Press-welded grating is produced in full-size mats measuring 6 x 1 metres. These mats can be cut to size in our workshops, fully edged if required and hot dip galvanized.

Edging

All gratings are supplied fully bound with edging bars welded on load bearing bar ends.
